   Mrs. Kukawka’s Wish List (2020-2021)   for 1st grade   

 

Dear Room 13 Families,


I would like to keep an emergency “comfort bag” in the classroom for each child. Please send your child’s filled bag by Friday, August 27.
Emergency Comfort Bag Contents
Please place these items into a 1 gallon ziplock bag, clearly labeled with your child's name.
- 2 masks
- 2 nut free granola bars
-1 applesauce pouch ( & plastic spoon)
-1 pack of travel Kleenex
-1 family photo and/or note to your child
I already have small water bottles stored in the classroom, and if I need more of them, I’ll let you know.

Lastly, if anyone know a piano tuner, there are some “stuck keys” I’d love to have fixed. The piano does NOT belong to the district. It was gifted to room 13 many years ago from a teacher colleague.                                                                                                                                                  

 

                       

Volunteering

 

Occasionally, I may have some stapling, collating & various other mundane, repetitive & time-consuming tasks. These sorts of things can be taken home to do. Ocassionally, parent volunteers will be recruited for various school activities as the need arises. When I need this sort of help, I’ll let you know…via an email.  I
